All returns must be communicated to Easy Living Aids within 14 days of receiving the order.

If Returns are authorized either an exchange or refund depending on the reason.

All change of mind returns will be given as an exchange.

All products must be unused or unopened, due to hygiene laws and regulations Easy Living Aids are unable to accept a return/refund on any product that comes into contact with the body in an unsanitary way or that could be affected by micro-organisms. 

This includes pants, socks, wraps and any other personal care products.

The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, unless the item is not faulty or incorrectly sent, We recommend returning goods via a tracked service.
